Fresh pasta machine ideal for kneading and extruding dough in different formats. Frame, bowl, bowl support, dough hook and propeller in AISI 304 stainless steel - microswitch on the bowl lid - grilled lid to allow the insertion of ingredients even during processing - digital control panel - completely removable bowl for easy and quick washing. The PF40E model is equipped with an extrusion mouth with water cooling and pasta cutting knife included.
