Damaged Goods: What to Do
Have you placed an order on uniteh24.it and are waiting for your goods to arrive?
These instructions will be helpful in the event of damage during shipping. Please follow them carefully...
To allow you to open the package, the courier will ask you to sign for receipt, as required by law. However, be careful: BEFORE signing, carefully check the number of packages and the integrity of the packaging.

If the box/pallet appears damaged, you can choose to:
REJECT IT WITHOUT SIGNING
or
ACCEPT IT WITH SPECIFIC RESERVATIONS, DESCRIBING THE DAMAGE ON THE APPROPRIATE PAPER FORM.
By indicating the damage in writing, you can inspect the goods later and file returns or complaints if they appear damaged.
Uniteh24 ships the goods with full insurance coverage, but if you sign without indicating the damage, the insurance coverage will expire and we will no longer be able to help you!
We recommend obtaining a COPY OF THE COUPON, completed and signed by both you and the driver, as a receipt. This should be used in the event of a dispute.
If completing the form on a TABLET or PDA, take a clear screenshot of the RESERVE WITH DAMAGE SPECIFICATION and send the photos to us at info@uniteh24.it or via WhatsApp.
If the courier does not issue the signed receipt or does not allow photos to be taken on the tablet, REFUSE THE GOODS, reject the package without signing, and contact us immediately.
