Spiral mixer with fixed head.
Machine for making various types of dough, especially suitable for soft doughs such as bread, pizza, and flatbread. The structure is coated with scratch-resistant paint. All food contact parts, such as the bowl, spiral, and dough-splitting rod, are made of stainless steel. A safety microswitch is included on the bowl lid. Smoked polycarbonate lid is standard, except for the 50SN0 model, which is only available with an AISI 304 stainless steel mesh lid. Various options are available upon request.
