Steam tube ovens designed to offer the maximum advantage of this technology for those who require large-scale production, while maintaining high flexibility. The AX series is available in 5, 6, or even 7 decks, offering the same cooking quality in each deck. The AX series of the TV Synt is also designed for the use of an automatic loading and unloading loader. There is the possibility of installing several ovens side by side, served by a single loader with a width equal to that of the cooking chamber. This offers the advantage of greater production flexibility and a consequent reduction in management costs.
