Gruppo Bertuetti Rotative 400

The "Bertuetti Rotative 400 Bread Group" is a bread production system that includes a rotary volumetric doser and a conveyor belt. The doser, with a stroke of 104 mm and a 4" TC outlet connection, uses a pneumatic rotary conical valve and is suitable for food products with pieces up to 1 cm. The 30-litre hopper, in stainless steel, is positioned above the valve. The nozzle, also in stainless steel and non-toxic plastics, has a 15x240 mm opening and closes automatically at the end of dispensing. The stainless steel conveyor belt, with roller shutter and flights for dragging the trays, is 8 metres long. A photocell manages the advancement of the belt, and a sensor stops the cycle if the tray is not removed.
