These mixers are ideal for producing creams, sponge cakes, cream, biscuit dough, and bread dough.

All versions of our mixers feature a mechanical gear transmission with a grease-lubricated mechanical reducer to reduce maintenance, heavy-gauge construction, stainless steel tools, a pneumatic gas-assisted bowl lift system, a painted steel head cover, and three different types of controls, including a variable speed control or three speeds.

Our latest addition is the TS – TOUCH SCREEN version, which offers a comprehensive set of controls, in addition to the variable speed control, the option of selecting up to three in-line speeds and up to three timers. This model also has 60 possible working memories.
