The SCOOTER oven is the smallest of the Polin rotary family, but it retains the construction features and all the technical qualities of its bigger brothers. The rotation of the trolley guarantees high cooking uniformity. Made entirely of stainless steel, the Scooter oven is available with liquid gas (LPG), methane gas or electric power. Thanks to the presence of a high-performance heat exchanger, the product being cooked is never in contact with harmful exhaust gases and the oven is always ready to provide the necessary calories. In the electric version, the oven has a group of finned armoured resistances to guarantee a considerable radiant surface.
