The automatic sheeters have a large opening and reinforced structure, automatic belt inversion, foldable and extractable surfaces, to name a few features. The new cylinder lifting and lowering system, operated by two screws in an oil bath, allows the user to reach very thin thicknesses even with hard dough without any difficulty. The control is simple and total, with the possibility of setting up to 100 different programs, choosing whether to start processing from the right or left surface and setting the speed of the belts and cylinders up to 60 m/min. All this in a simple and intuitive way: just a touch on the clear color touch screen display.
