Art. 1 Acceptance of the General Conditions of Sale
1.1. By electronically sending their purchase order, the Customer unconditionally accepts and undertakes to observe in their relations with Uniteh24. these General Conditions, declaring that he has read them and accepted all the indications provided to him, also acknowledging that the Seller does not consider himself bound by different conditions unless otherwise agreed in writing.
1.2 The General Conditions of Sale regarding the Customer who can be classified as a “Consumer” (private individual), will apply only to the natural person who, pursuant to art. 3 of Legislative Decree no. 206 of 8/10/2005 SS MM, “acts for purposes other than any entrepreneurial, commercial, artisanal or professional activity carried out”. In particular, art. 5 (two-year duration of the guarantee) and 6 (withdrawal) will apply only and exclusively if the Customer can be classified as a Consumer.
1.3 The Customer declares to have examined the General Conditions of Sale before submitting his purchase order and undertakes and is obliged, once the online purchase procedure has been concluded, to print or save an electronic copy and, in any case, to keep these Conditions, already viewed and accepted, pursuant to and for the purposes of articles 3 and 4 of Legislative Decree 185/99 and Legislative Decree 206/2005.
Art. 2 Conclusion of the contract
2.1 The contract stipulated between Uniteh24 and the customer is considered concluded with the acceptance of the order by Uniteh24. The correct receipt of the order is confirmed by Uniteh24 by means of an email response sent to the email address communicated by the Customer after receiving the automatic order proposal.
This confirmation message contains the Order Summary: Order number, order date, billing information and recipient of the goods, details and prices including VAT of the goods ordered, transport service, payment method, Uniteh24. data, notes and warnings to the customer. Once the order has been received from the Customer and payment has been verified, Uniteh24. will proceed to start the phases relating to the production/shipment of the goods.
2.2 The offer of the products presented on the site is subject to their actual availability. In the event of unavailability of one or more products, Uniteh24. will communicate to the Customer by telephone or by email, the changes with respect to the order received.
2.3 All prices of the items offered on the website www.attrezzatureprofessionali.com are exclusive of VAT, expressed in euros and refer exclusively to purchases made via the Internet, net of transport, assembly and installation costs. Uniteh24 reserves the right to change the prices shown at any time, even in cases of orders already placed by the customer. Sales abroad after registration with VIES will be exclusive of VAT, no sales are made to foreign private individuals.
2.4 The Customer accepts that the technical data sheets and images relating to the products may not perfectly correspond to the real characteristics of each individual product and may differ in color, size, accessory products, packaging and technical characteristics, and therefore, must be considered purely indicative.
2.5 Uniteh24. assumes no responsibility for any errors, inaccuracies in the content of this catalog or changes by the manufacturers and reserves the right to make any changes to its products deemed appropriate for any technical or commercial need at any time and without notice.
Art. 3 Payment
3.1 The Customer can make the payment due by choosing between the following methods:
- Advance payment as a deposit by bank transfer to Tecnipan SRL. at Banca IBAN - BIC: carried out within 24 hours of order confirmation and sent in advance by e-mail to info@uniteh24.it including taxes and shipping costs.
- Payment on delivery (valid method only for deliveries in Italy) with the payment as an advance equal to 20% of the price by bank transfer to Uniteh24 at Banca – Ag. with IBAN IT - BIC: carried out within 24 hours of order confirmation and sent in advance by e-mail, including taxes and shipping costs; the remaining 8% of the price, increased by 4% of the remainder as expenses, must be delivered directly to the courier with the delivery of cash (for sums less than € 4,999.99).

- Credit card (Mastercard, Visa, Visa Electron and Postepay).
Art. 4 Delivery
4.1 Delivery costs in Italy are calculated directly automatically in the cart, once the product(s) has been added to the same cart. For smaller islands or for foreign shipments, delivery costs will be agreed with our sales office: only after acceptance of these will the order be considered effective.
4.2 Delivery is considered to be made to the addressee's street number or to a different place indicated in the transport documents (d.d.t.), but in any case at street level. For unloading and deliveries carried out in ways that make exceptional and additional services essential, the Customer will be required to pay a fee to cover the additional costs incurred (for example: deliveries to floors, both upper and lower, in Limited Traffic Zones or pedestrian areas, disadvantaged locations, smaller islands or all other causes that characterize difficult delivery and any other case of excessive use of operating time). The service must be requested at the time of ordering.
4.3 The goods will be delivered between 1 and 30 working days. After confirmation of payment, the approximate delivery date will be communicated, without prejudice to the lack of liability of Uniteh24 for the cases of delay/failure to deliver due to unforeseeable circumstances or force majeure (for example, accidents, explosions, fires, strikes, and/or lockouts, earthquakes, floods, heavy snowfall and similar events) or for causes attributable to the carrier or supplier. 4.4 The courier delivers without notice and, in any case, usually on the morning following the day of dispatch. Uniteh24 is not responsible for any delays in delivery or additional charges to be borne by the Customer in the event that an incomplete or incorrect address is provided. The goods travel with a regular transport document, and are deemed to be delivered to the place indicated by the Customer at the time of order confirmation, unless otherwise indicated.
4.5 For shipments to England and Switzerland, shipping costs will be calculated automatically by the system and the order will be automatically processed. For these countries, as well as all those outside the EU, any duties and customs costs are calculated directly by the forwarder, and will be requested directly from the customer at the time of delivery.
4.6 The goods ordered are covered by insurance for the entire shipping phase. It is the Customer's responsibility to verify, upon receipt of the goods, the number of packages and the integrity of the product. In the event that the goods are damaged or not intact upon verification with the courier, the Customer has the right to refuse to receive the product and/or to indicate in the appropriate section of the courier form, the "specific reservation" describing the damage and communicating it within 1 working day to Uniteh24 by email to info@uniteh24.it possibly sending photos. In the absence of timely complaint and failure to observe the correct procedure for reporting damage, complaints regarding the non-integrity of the delivered products will not be accepted.
4.7 PASSING OF RISK, pursuant to Art. 1510 of the Civil Code, the risk of damage and loss of the products is transferred to the customer at the time of delivery to the carrier, precluding any complaint regarding the external characteristics of the delivered goods. In this case, any complaint must be made directly by the customer against the carrier.
Art. 5 Warranty
5.1 The products sold by Uniteh24 are covered by a warranty pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/05. In the event of a purchase made by a person who can be defined as an “end consumer” (private individual), the warranty is valid for 24 months and covers defects in conformity of the product. In all other cases, the conventional warranty is 12 months. In the event of a defect in conformity, Uniteh24 will provide, at no cost to the Customer, the sending of only the spare parts necessary to restore the conformity of the product. Any labor costs incurred to restore the product will be entirely borne by the Customer. The Customer is required to check the goods and their functioning within 5 days of delivery. Any defects already present upon delivery of the material must be communicated to Uniteh24 within 5 days of receiving the goods themselves by email to info@unite24.it, indicating the code and serial number of the item, details and photographs of the defect found.
5.2 In the event that Uniteh24 is unable to return a product under warranty to the Customer (repair or replacement), the same may proceed with its consensual replacement with a product with similar or superior characteristics to the disputed one, or with the refund of the amount paid taking into account the use of the good. In cases of replacement under warranty, the Customer is required to send the defective product at his own expense to the Seller's operational headquarters, transmitting it to Uniteh24. The good under warranty must be returned by the Customer in the original packaging adequately sealed, complete in all its parts. The Customer is required to keep the original packaging and all additional documentation of the products purchased until the warranty terms of the product expire. No damages may be requested from Uniteh24 for any delays in carrying out repairs or replacements. If the reported defect does not result in a lack of conformity pursuant to art. 129 d. lgs 206/2005, the Customer will be charged for the costs of verification, restoration and transport, if incurred by Uniteh24
5.3 Uniteh24. does not assume responsibility in the event of incorrect installation or improper use of the products. The warranty does not cover electrical parts, direct or indirect damage caused by errors or discrepancies in the installation or incorrect use of the machine, damage from hard or ferruginous water, from carelessness or inability of the user, from irregular voltages of the electrical lines, from insufficient pressure or impurities in the water or gas systems, from the malfunctioning of the suction systems, or due to fortuitous event or force majeure or intervention of an unauthorized third party. The warranty does not cover components subject to wear, such as, by way of example, gaskets, lamps, glass, knobs. The warranty does not cover labor costs.
5.4 It is strictly necessary that the assembly and/or connection of our equipment is carried out exclusively by qualified personnel. The invoice relating to assembly and/or connection work by qualified personnel must be retained for the entire warranty period, as it is decisive for the purposes of exercising the warranty right by the customer.
Direct or indirect damage caused by errors or irregularities in the installation or incorrect use of the machine, damage from hard or ferruginous water, from carelessness or incapacity of the user, from irregular voltages of the electrical lines, from insufficient pressure or impurities in the water or gas systems, from the malfunctioning of the suction systems, or due to fortuitous events or force majeure or intervention by an unauthorized third party are not guaranteed.
The warranty does not cover components subject to wear, such as, for example, gaskets, lamps, glass, knobs.
Art. 6 Right of withdrawal of the Consumer Customer
6.1 The Consumer Customer (private individual) has the right to withdraw from the contract without any penalty and without specifying the reason within 14 (fourteen) days from receipt of the goods by registered mail, email or fax to be sent to the operational headquarters of the Uniteh24. company, declaring that he/she wishes to exercise the right of withdrawal and indicating the order number, invoice number, code and quantity of the items, whether the withdrawal is partial (only in the case of purchase of multiple items) or total and the bank details to obtain the refund transfer (IBAN code of the invoice holder).
6.2 Uniteh24. will refund the price within a maximum of 14 (fourteen) days from the day of receipt of the Consumer's communication. The refund will be calculated and issued for the product ONLY; any cost related to shipping, services or other will not be refunded to the customer. In any case, Uniteh24 will have the right to withhold the refund until the date of receipt of the goods or demonstration by the Consumer of having sent them back. The consumer is responsible for the decrease in value of the goods resulting from handling of the goods other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
6.3 The direct costs for returning the goods are borne by the Consumer. The shipment for the return of the material, until the confirmation of receipt in our warehouse, is under the complete responsibility of the Customer. Uniteh24 is not liable in any way for damage or theft/loss of goods returned with shipments not insured by the Customer.
6.4 The right of withdrawal is excluded in the following cases:
a) lack of original packaging;
b) absence of integral elements of the product (e.g. manuals, accessories and in general different conditions in which they were delivered);
c) damage to the product (e.g. products that are not substantially intact, used or that present, deformities, deterioration, signs of wear and/or alterations of any kind);
d) purchase of customized products according to the indications requested by the Customer.
e) Products made of Stainless Steel (Tables, Cabinets, Shelves, Lockers, Wall Units, etc.) unless expressly accepted by the Management of ATTREZZATURE PROFESSIONALI S.R.L.
6.5 The non-consumer Customer (subject with VAT number) does NOT have the right of withdrawal.
Art. 7 Applicable law and competent court
7.1 This contract is governed by Italian law.
7.2 Except in the case of a contract concluded with a Consumer, for all disputes that may arise from the application or interpretation of this contract, the Court of Rimini will have exclusive jurisdiction.
7.3 The European Commission has established an online platform that provides a tool for resolving any dispute relating to and/or arising from contracts for the sale of goods and services concluded online in a non-judicial manner. Consequently, if you are a European consumer, you can use this platform for the resolution of any dispute arising from the online contract stipulated with the Owner.
Art. 8 Intellectual Property
The intellectual property rights relating to the Site, the Uniteh24 Trademark or its content are and remain the exclusive property of Uniteh24.
It is expressly forbidden to copy, reproduce, modify, duplicate or create works or derivative works from the site and its content, by way of example and not limited to photos, images, texts and graphics, audio, video and animations or drawings.
