Delivery Information

Order preparation takes approximately 24 hours from the time of payment. Most of the products we sell are available for immediate delivery. Otherwise, the shipping time is indicated in each product.

The goods travel via express courier (Gls, Bartolini, Artoni), which can take 24/72 hours from the date of shipment.

All shipments in Italy are traceable: at the time of shipment, you will be provided with the tracking number, so that you can follow the progress of your shipment. The courier does not allow delivery to the Floor, to PO boxes or to post office, unless expressly requested by the customer.
