Data Processing
The processing related to this site's web services takes place on TecniPan's dedicated server in the AWS Data Center (Malmskillnadsgatan 36, 111 57, Stockholm, Sweden), and is handled by AWS technical staff for the hardware. Data processing is carried out directly by qualified TecniPan personnel, under the direct responsibility of the data controller. TecniPan does not communicate or disclose any data deriving from the web service to third parties.

Purpose of processing
The data processed on our website is as follows:
- Contact request database. This includes personal data, email address, and telephone number, and its purpose is to process the contact. The data is automatically deleted (forgotten) after 30 days.
- Assistance/program modification request database. This includes personal data, email address, and telephone number (optional), and its purpose is to perform the requested services as per the contract stipulated with the customer. The data is retained as required by law (ten years from the end of the contract).
Browsing data
The computer systems, including the software procedures used to operate this website, acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of the Internet, which is based on the TCP/IP protocol.
