GUARANTEES AND RETURNS

Most online stores DO NOT offer technical assistance on products!

Uniteh24 guarantees all products for 12 months from delivery, against defects in materials or workmanship.
The product that proves to be defective during the warranty period will be repaired free of charge at our headquarters. The customer is obliged to return the item (shipping costs are paid by the customer).

Example 1 "I purchased a Professional Refrigerator, it no longer cools, the cost of transport to return it is too high"

In this case, the customer, under his own responsibility, may avail himself of a specialized assistance center for the repair, which must issue Uniteh24 with a Repair Estimate and at the end of the intervention (also with our possible sending of spare parts under warranty) a definitive declaration of repair of the fault and good functioning of the machine, confirmed by the written endorsement of our customer. All repair and maintenance costs are the responsibility of the end customer.

Example 2 "I purchased a Bar Blender, the blades broke after crushing ice"

In this case, the customer did not follow the instructions in the User Manual. Damage caused by errors or discrepancies in the installation or incorrect use of the machine is not guaranteed; Uniteh24 assumes no responsibility for direct or indirect damages resulting from the conditions indicated above.

Example 3 "I received my Pizza Counter and it is dented on the front, I collected the package without Right of Reservation"

Always remember, once you accept the package without "Right of Reservation" you have declared that the product packaging has no obvious damage and therefore you are not entitled to compensation! In case of problems with the product related to shipping, only by declaring to the courier that "You collect the package with Right of Reserve", it will be possible to open a refund procedure with the courier, and you will be compensated in a short time for the damage suffered.

RETURNS:

Uniteh24 offers you the possibility of returning the purchased goods within 14 days from the delivery date. The shipping costs for the returned goods are entirely borne by the buyer.

Refund times:
After we have received the goods and checked that all the requirements have been met, you will receive an email confirming acceptance of the return. The refund will be made via Bank Transfer, within 30 days of receiving the item.
